How to Use: Test small patch of skin to make sure irritation does not occur. For colds and flu, rub essential oil on neck, temples and any other place desired. Add a few drops of Lemon Essential Oil to a spray bottle filled with water to use as an all-natural cleaner. Can be added to a carrier oil like jojoba, sweet almond, or olive oil. Inhale for an instant pick me up, promoting energy and mental clarity. This essential oil can be used in an oil warmer or diffuser.
